The staff were genuinely welcoming and ensured a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, the breakfast area was incredibly cramped during peak hours, making it difficult to enjoy a meal. I also experienced issues with the internet, which was unexpectedly unreliable at times. Lastly, the parking situation was quite frustrating as it was extra, and I had to walk a considerable distance to reach the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Hotel Era Ise. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with kind and friendly staff. Breakfast featured a nice variety, including delicious mangoes. The location was perfect, right across from the train station.

Parking was extra.

The hotel was perfectly located near the station, making it easy to explore with my large family, including my nephew. We enjoyed the convenient amenities like the 32-inch flat-screen TV available in our room, which provided entertainment during our downtime.

My kids wished the breakfast buffet included more variety.

The location was perfect for shrine visits and day trips. Our room on the 12th floor offered stunning sunrises and was very quiet. The staff were genuinely welcoming and ensured a comfortable stay.
